Two-storey building in Chludowo — walls, floor slabs and stairs
A two-storey building in Chludowo near Poznań, with a compact form and a repeating rhythm of windows. The structure is precast throughout.
We supplied external and internal load-bearing walls, filigree (lattice girder) floor slabs and precast stair flights with landings. The filigree slabs arrived with their reinforcement and lattice girders, ready for the structural topping.

Scope of work
Once the floor slabs were laid, all that remained on site was fixing the top reinforcement and pouring the topping — with no formwork and no propping across the whole area.
The filigree floor combines the advantages of both technologies: the underside is finished and smooth, while composite action with the topping produces a slab that works as a monolith.
