Building in Dziwnówek — precast walls
A building delivered in the seaside village of Dziwnówek, next to existing apartment developments. The structure is based on precast load-bearing walls with ready-formed lintels.
We supplied external and internal load-bearing walls together with lintel elements over the wide openings. The elements arrived with provision for the services.

Scope of work
Installation was carried out on a tight site within existing development, where there was no room for storage. The walls went onto the crane hook straight from the trailer, in the order set by the installation schedule.
In infill development this is often the only workable scenario — precasting moves most of the work into the factory and reduces the construction site to the installation itself.
Scope of work: external and internal load-bearing walls, lintel elements, transport and installation.
