A three-storey multi-family building with balconies, taken through to the finished state. The load-bearing structure is precast throughout.
We supplied external and internal load-bearing walls plus the floor slabs over the successive storeys. The walls arrived with window openings and provision for the services.

Scope of work
Installation proceeded storey by storey, with the walls braced with props until the connections were made and the floor slab laid, stiffening the whole level.
In a multi-family building with a repeatable apartment layout, each successive level goes faster — the same element types return one storey up.
