Multi-family building in Sarbinowo — walls, floor slabs and stairs
A multi-family building in the seaside resort of Sarbinowo, built through autumn and winter. The photographs show both the structural stage and the shell closed before the season.
We supplied structural walls, filigree (lattice girder) floor slabs and precast stair flights. A filigree slab arrives with its reinforcement ready and, once laid, serves as permanent formwork for the structural topping.

Scope of work
Installation proceeded storey by storey, with the floor slabs protected with tarpaulins while concreting in low temperatures. The stair flights were set immediately after each floor was laid, giving the crews constant access between levels.
A ready-made stair flight instead of one shuttered on site is more than a time saving — from the first day it provides safe access to the upper storeys, without ladders or access scaffolding.
