A single-family house built near Szczecinek in cooperation with an authorised partner. A precast structure, with the gable walls made as single elements.
We supplied external walls, internal load-bearing walls and gables with the roof slope ready-formed. The window and door openings were made in the mould.

Scope of work
Installation was carried out from a single crane position, with access along an unpaved road. The elements arrived on a low-loader and went straight from the trailer onto the foundations.
With single-family houses, access to the plot can be a bigger constraint than the structure itself — the fewer vehicle movements around the site, the lower the risk of damaging the access route.
Scope of work: external and internal load-bearing walls, gable walls, transport and installation.
