Single-family house in Stara Wieś built from precast walls
A single-storey single-family house delivered in cooperation with an authorised partner. A precast structure, with the walls supplied in single pieces running the full length of each elevation.
We supplied external and internal load-bearing walls plus a precast stair flight. The walls arrived with window openings formed in the mould.

Scope of work
The elements were brought in on a low-loader and unloaded directly onto the foundations. The crane stood in one position throughout the installation.
Unloading straight onto the crane hook, with no intermediate storage, shortens the installation day and reduces the risk of damage to element edges.
Scope of work: external and internal load-bearing walls, stair flight, transport and installation.
