Single-family house in Wilkszyn built from precast walls
A single-family house on an estate near Wrocław, erected in late autumn. A precast structure, with a distinctive frame element over the terrace opening.
We supplied external and internal load-bearing walls plus a frame element with a ready-formed lintel over the glazing. The window and door openings were formed in the mould.

Scope of work
Installation took a single day of crane work, despite conditions in which masonry work would already have been suspended. The elements arrived on site in installation order.
This is an advantage that shows precisely in November: production takes place indoors, whatever the weather, and all that remains on site is assembling the finished parts.
Scope of work: external and internal load-bearing walls, frame element over the glazing, transport and installation.
