Single-storey house in Komorowo built from precast walls
A single-storey single-family house with an elongated footprint, delivered with our authorised partner Expobud. The structure is precast throughout — the external and internal load-bearing walls arrived on site as finished elements.
We supplied external walls with window and door openings formed in the mould, together with internal load-bearing walls. The elements were set directly on the prepared foundation slab.

Scope of work
The whole shell was closed within a single installation day. The walls were braced with props until the connections were made, and the site stayed clean — no formwork and no mortar anywhere on it.
With a catalogue house, repeatability pays: the same set of elements returns on the partner's successive projects, and the differences come down to the finishes and the landscaping of the plot.
