A single-storey single-family house in Nowy Kisielin, on an estate still being built out. A simple form, based entirely on precast load-bearing walls.
We supplied external walls with window and door openings plus internal load-bearing walls. The elements arrived ready to be set on the foundations.

Scope of work
Installation was carried out from a single crane position, with the perimeter walls first, followed by the internal ones.
With a single-family house, what decides is the pace of reaching the weathertight shell — the shorter the open structure stands in the rain, the fewer corrections at the finishing stage.
Scope of work: external and internal load-bearing walls, transport and installation on site.
