Single-storey house in Przęsocin built from precast walls
A single-storey single-family house with an elongated footprint, erected on the outskirts of Przęsocin near Szczecin. The structure is precast throughout — the external and internal load-bearing walls arrived on site as finished elements.
We supplied precast external walls with window and door openings formed in the mould, together with internal load-bearing walls. The elements went onto the foundations with no masonry work and no formwork on site.

Scope of work
Installation was carried out from a single crane position. The walls were braced with props until the connections were made, and successive elements went straight from the trailer onto the crane hook.
With a building spread across a single storey, precasting delivers the most: the whole shell is closed within a single installation day, and the geometry of the openings is repeatable because it comes from the mould, not from formwork assembled on site.
Scope of work: precast external and internal load-bearing walls, transport and installation on site.
