Guesthouse in Ośno Lubuskie — precast walls and floor slabs
A pair of guesthouse buildings by the lake in Ośno Lubuskie. Multi-storey buildings with large view openings on the water side.
We supplied external and internal load-bearing walls plus the floor slabs. The walls on the lake side arrived with wide openings and ready-formed lintels, with no need to construct downstand beams on site.

Scope of work
Installation ran in parallel on both buildings, from a single crane position between them. The structures of both buildings were closed within the same cycle.
Wide glazing is where precasting simplifies the structure: the lintel is part of a wall made in the mould, rather than a separate element installed on site.
Scope of work: external and internal load-bearing walls, floor slabs, transport and installation.
