Two multi-family buildings in precast concrete, Sosnowiec

In Sosnowiec we have completed the structural installation of two multi-family buildings delivered for SIM Zagłębie. Both buildings were built using precast technology: the structural walls, floor slabs and stair flights arrived from the plant ready to be set in place.

The installation proceeded storey by storey, with deliveries scheduled around the crane programme. With a repeatable apartment layout, each successive level goes faster, because the same element types keep returning to site.
