Frequently asked questions
For a quote we need dimensioned floor plans, sections and elevations, plus the project location and postcode.
The average waiting time for a quote is around 1 week.
Yes. The plant and office are located at ul. Zakaszewskiego 7 in Międzyrzecz, in the industrial park. Arrange a date by phone or e-mail with the Sales Department — during your visit you can also see the production hall and finished elements.
Yes. We deliver throughout Poland and to Germany, Czechia, Slovakia, Denmark and Sweden, within a radius of almost 1,000 km from the plant, using regular external hauliers, and installation is carried out by our own crews. Elements up to 3.85 × 9.00 m travel as standard loads; larger ones need abnormal-load transport and a separately agreed date.
We work with companies that deliver projects to developer standard.
Across Poland and to European Union countries. Delivery distance affects the quote, so please include the site location and postcode with your enquiry.
Yes, up to the approval of the shop documentation. Every project is run as a model in Tekla Structures, so until then a moved window, an extra electrical box or a different opening layout is a model edit from which drawings and reinforcement schedules are regenerated. The client's approval of the documentation starts production; a change after that stage means redesign, may extend the deadline and increase the price, and an element already cast has to be made again. That is why service routes and openings are best settled before approval.
No. We also produce single elements — two balcony slabs with a canopy for a detached house or one transformer station enclosure. With a small order it is not availability that changes but the price structure: setting up a mould costs the same for one element as for a series, and transport, priced separately, can be a significant share of the total. It therefore pays to combine the elements for one site into a single delivery.
Every order requires payment security in one of two forms: payment in advance or a payment guarantee, such as a bank or insurance guarantee. The details are set in the contract, within the framework of the General Terms and Conditions available in the downloads section. Before work starts, a deposit in the amount agreed in the contract is paid and later credited against the price. The balance is paid in one instalment or in parts tied to the delivery and installation schedule. We issue invoices electronically and payment is made by bank transfer.
