Precast construction on site
We deliver more than 500 projects a year — from single-family houses to multi-family estates, industrial halls and office buildings. The structures are built from ready-made walls, filigree slabs, beams and columns, delivered across Poland and to European Union countries.
For every project we list the building's use, its location and the year of installation, and the description covers which elements went to the site. The map below the list shows where the projects are located.
Of the 60 projects shown on this page, most are in Greater Poland and the west of the country — fifteen in Greater Poland, twelve in Lubusz, nine in West Pomerania. We have also built in Warsaw, Sosnowiec and near Wrocław. Beyond Poland our structures stand in Bernau near Berlin, in Magdeburg and on three sites in Slovakia. Distance does not decide whether we deliver: transport and installation are planned in-house.
This list is not the whole picture. Houses built from our precast elements also go up where we do not carry out the installation ourselves — from components we supply to companies building in expanded clay concrete precast. Their own project lists cover regions where we have never set up a crane.
Most of the buildings were made of expanded clay concrete precast elements — a lightweight concrete with fired clay aggregate. The scope of work on our side — from BIM shop drawings to installation — is described in our offer, and you will find the individual elements in the product catalogue.
Multi-family, office and industrial buildings
Projects where precast works at the largest scale: from seven storeys in Sosnowiec and inner-city development in Warsaw to halls, logistics facilities and sites in Germany. Each description says which elements we delivered and what was specific about the site.
