Precast concrete house in Mazovia — a Mihata reference

Our authorised partner Mihata has completed the installation of another single-family house in Mazovia. The structure was built from precast elements supplied from our plant — external walls, internal loadbearing walls and gables with the roof pitch already formed.

The partner is responsible for the design, preparing the plot and running the build; we are responsible for element production, transport and installation of the structure. The investor deals with a single contractor rather than several subcontractors.
