Precast balcony slabs and balustrades for Plewiska

On the construction site in Plewiska near Poznań, installation is progressing storey by storey. A notable feature of this project is the precast balcony balustrades, delivered together with the balcony slab.

A balustrade cast in the mould together with the slab means one element instead of two separate stages of work on the facade. There is no fixing of anchors at height and no finishing of the joint between the balustrade and the slab — the geometry and surface texture are planned in the shop drawings.
