We are building the Mental Health Centre in Człuchów

Construction of a mental health centre has started at the district hospital in Człuchów. A new building is going up alongside an extension of the existing one — we are putting up the structure.
The investment by the Człuchów district costs just under PLN 10 million and is due to finish in mid-December 2026. Afterwards the hospital is to have 50 beds for adults and about 20 for children and adolescents, together with addiction treatment. A category U-1 shelter for 230 people is being built in the basement of the new building.
We started with the below-ground level: precast walls are standing in the excavation and a hollow-core floor is being laid on top of them. The walls arrive with openings and lintels formed in the mould, so what is left on site is setting and connecting the elements — no formwork and no waiting for concrete to cure. With a deadline in mid-December, that pace is what decides.
Today the below-ground level is closed with its floor and waterproofed on the outside, and the ground-floor walls are standing on top of it. Further elements are waiting on site in transport racks, together with the precast stair flights.
