A fence designed like a facade

A precast concrete fence in architectural concrete is a structure of factory-formed pylons and low walls — with face surfaces in BA categories, a smooth or ribbed texture and colour running through the full mass. What sets it apart from common panel fencing is how it is made: a panel is a mass-produced slab spanned between posts, its texture pressed from a high-volume mould, while an architectural fence is designed for a specific house and produced like a facade — from the same mixes and under the same surface regime as our facing walls.

Into the precast element we cast what takes weeks on site with a masonry fence: a house-number relief formed in the face, a gas cabinet and utility boxes in stainless steel, and the anchors for the infill panels. Between the pylons we fit aluminium infills made of horizontal profiles — no welding or painting on site.

Every fence is drawn individually in our design office, so divisions, heights and details can be developed together with the house design — the fence repeats the texture and colour of the facade or deliberately contrasts with it. Delivery and installation are handled by the same crews that erect our structures.

Where such a fence makes sense

The common denominator is architecture in which the fence is part of the design, not an accessory from a catalogue.

Single-family houses

A front fence consistent with the facade: the same textures and colours, a house-number relief, utilities hidden in the pylon instead of boxes added after handover.

Residences and architectural concrete houses

Full control of detail: infill divisions set out from window axes, low walls as a base for planting, facing concrete in the category agreed on the sample panel.

Residential developments

Repeatable estate landscaping — fences, walls and bin enclosures from one production run, installed by the crew together with the building structures.

Company premises

A representative frontage with a durable surface needing no painting or maintenance, with gates and wickets in the aluminium infills.

What determines the price of precast elements

Precast elements are not priced from a per-metre price list — every element is designed for a specific project, and the difference between two projects of the same floor area can reach several tens of percent. So instead of a rate, we explain what actually determines the figure in your offer.

We prepare a quote within about a week of receiving complete documentation: dimensioned floor plans, sections, elevations and the site location with a postcode. The offer covers production, transport and installation — each item is priced separately, so you can see where there is room for savings.

Element repeatability
The single biggest variable. The same element produced in a series is markedly cheaper than a one-off, because the mould and production set-up are spread across many casts. A design based on a few repeatable types works out cheaper than one with dozens of unique elements.
Concrete class and reinforcement
A higher class means more cement; higher loads mean more steel. Sizing for the actual loads, rather than with excess margin, can cut the cost without compromising the structure.
Surface finish
A smooth, as-cast surface from the mould is standard. Form-liner textures, acid etching or architectural concrete in category BA2 or BA3 require additional formwork and tighter controls, which shows in the price.
Factory-fitted features
Cast-in boxes, conduits, openings and corbels increase the element price but remove the cost of chasing and fixing on site. On larger series this usually works out cheaper than doing the work on site.
Transport and size
The price depends on the distance and the number of loads. Elements up to 3,85 × 9,00 m travel on a standard vehicle; larger ones require abnormal-load transport with an escort vehicle and permits, which changes the calculation significantly.
Timing and season
Production runs in parallel with the groundworks, so ordering early gives flexibility in the programme. Forced deadlines and next-day deliveries always cost more.

How much does a concrete fence cost?
The price depends on the length and height of the fence, the ratio of pylons to infill panels, the chosen face texture and colour, the number of individual elements — reliefs, utility cabinets, gates and wickets — and on foundation conditions and site access. Aluminium infills and installation come on top of the concrete elements. We prepare a quotation within about a week of receiving the site plan with the fence line marked.
How does an architectural concrete fence differ from a panel fence?
A concrete panel is a mass-produced slab spanned between posts — thin, with a mould texture repeated in thousands of copies, usually painted after a few years. An architectural concrete fence is designed for a specific house: the pylons and walls are coloured through the mass, the surface matches the category agreed on a sample panel, and the details are cast in — the house-number relief, utility boxes, infill anchors. The difference is that between a facade of ready-made panels and a designed facade.
Does a concrete fence need a foundation?
Yes. The pylons and walls transfer their weight to a foundation, and its extent depends on the ground and the fence height. You receive the founding guidelines from us together with the fence shop drawings; installation of the elements on the prepared foundation is carried out by our crews.
Do you deliver fences with installation?
Yes — the offer covers design, production, transport and installation by our crews, just as for our other precast. The delivery area is the same as for the whole range: Poland plus selected projects in Germany, Slovakia, Denmark and Sweden.
