Precast basement and ground floor in Słubice

In Słubice the scope of work started below ground level. We supplied the precast basement walls and the slab above them, and the ground-floor walls were then set on the finished deck — with window openings and lintels formed in the mould.

A precast basement arrives ready for waterproofing, with no formwork and no waiting for concrete to cure on site. The tall ground-floor walls with deep lintels were set with a single crane.
